It comes in a small toothpaste tube and after you pressure wash the aluminum with an acid based cleaner then you can shine the wheels up to a chrome like finish. It aint cheap, about 10-12.00 for a small 2oz tube, but I could buff a 30ft pontoon boat with one tube.
